Mission
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate medium to large projects involving multiple partners – from the tender to the implementation phase.
Start date: as soon as possible.
Location: Kinshasa. You will be expected to travel within the country to support the projects’ implementation. We have offices in Brussels, Dakar, Bujumbura and Kinshasa.

Role & responsibilities
- Oversee the project and define general directions;
- Manage contractual and budgetary aspects of project management;
- Identify projects’ requirements, anticipate needs and plan clear roadmaps aligned with the contract and expected deliverables;
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and reports;
- Communicate with the donor/beneficiary/client on daily implementation and contract management;
- Coordinate with a team composed of Data PMs, Data analysts, Data systems experts and Software engineers to achieve project targets, produce deliverables, and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, government counterparts, and other donors;
- Identify and implement opportunities that lead to the growth of the project & product portfolio;
- Evaluate and recommend technological and organizational solutions to meet project and customer needs;
- Participate in proposal development and spotting opportunities;
- Participate in the sales process of proposal writing, drafting a budget, pitching to a client;
- Get to know our products in depth, how they can generate impact and how you can pitch those to existing or potential partners.
You will directly respond to the Country Lead, and also work in close cooperation with the segment leads in charge of the technical implementation.
Projects that you could manage include USAID-funded health programming projects, providing technical assistance to ministries of health and implementing solutions for the management of health data.

Required:
We are looking for an experienced candidate with strong management and technical skills, notably :
- Working experience in Global health, Health financing or Monitoring and Evaluation in DRC
- Experience in managing projects
- Experience with client contact and sales
- Agile in data analysis and visualization with at least Excel or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
Preferred:
- Good knowledge of DHIS2, GIS, Data Management, ODK, Power Point
- Knowledge of programming and of software development processes
