Mission and description of the role

The Product Sales Lead will be primarily responsible for client acquisition, while also overseeing sales execution, process optimization and improvement of our sales workflow. Moreover, they will work on driving the growth of our product portfolio by identifying new market opportunities, engaging with prospects, delivering product demos, and supporting basic onboarding. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, client-oriented, and confident working across sales and early-stage implementation processes — without needing a formal engineering background.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with SaaS products, enjoys engaging with clients, and understands how to structure and automate a sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client acquisition & Sales Execution (70%)

  • Map relevant actors in the targeted sectors for Bluesquare products.
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing engagement.
  • Collaborate with product managers to align on product vision and discuss product roadmap. 
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure proper implementation of SAAS contracts and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

2. Sales Process Optimization & Automation (20%)

  • Configure and optimize HubSpot to automate lead nurturing, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
  • Automate and refine product sales workflows in HubSpot to enhance efficiency and lead conversion.
  • Set up automated email campaigns, CRM tracking, and lead scoring mechanisms.
  • Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other business systems, such as Odoo for subscription management.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of active clients and sales performance reports.

3. Marketing & Lead Generation (10%)

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain alignment between campaigns and sales priorities.
  • Manage automated outreach campaigns and help structure lead qualification workflows in HubSpot.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in product sales or business development, preferably in health technology, SaaS, or data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demos.
  • Expertise in HubSpot with experience in CRM automation, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Odoo for subscription and sales process management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track sales and marketing performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent in English and French.
