In the Sahel region, Bluesquare developed a dedicated M&E platform for the Regional Sahel Pastoralism Support Project (PRAPS), funded by the World Bank. The goal was to monitor the implementation of vital infrastructures for pastoralists, including water forages and veterinarian units, across a vast and challenging geography. By integrating existing client data from Kobo collect and Excel into a centralized system using OpenHEXA, we provided real-time dashboards and web maps. This solution allows stakeholders to track both the physical and functional progress of project components, ensuring that resources reach the pastoralist communities where they are needed most.
