Nutrition and Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) are central to improving health outcomes and crucial for breaking the cycles of poverty and inequality. Yet, progress is often hindered by data gaps, fragmented systems, and operational challenges especially in fragile contexts. At Bluesquare, we work with governments and partners to bridge these gaps through digital solutions that enhance monitoring, strengthen decision-making, and optimize resource allocation. Discover our approach.
At Bluesquare, we focus on leveraging data and technology to improve the effectiveness of nutrition and RMNCAH programs. We build digital solutions that strengthen monitoring, empower decision-makers, and optimize resources, ensuring that every woman, every child, every adolescent is counted, followed, and cared for.
Bluesquare’s expertise in nutrition and RMNCAH is structured around three core areas: improving beneficiary tracking, integrating and visualizing data for monitoring, and applying advanced analytics for forecasting and segmentation. Each of these pillars reflects our commitment to supporting our partners in turning data into actionable insights that expand coverage, improve service delivery, and create more resilient health systems.
Ensuring continuity of care requires systems that can follow individuals across time and programs. Unfortunately, paper-based processes or siloed systems often limit visibility and reduce accuracy. Bluesquare supports governments and partners by expanding existing platforms or designing new solutions that enable reliable beneficiary tracking and work even in humanitarian contexts. From deploying the DHIS2 Tracker with Action Contre la Faim to developing custom applications with the World Food Programme, we ensure that every individual is counted and followed.

By making each beneficiary visible, these systems help ensure no one is left behind. This is also why at Bluesquare we are more and more involved in community health monitoring.
In many countries, nutrition and RMNCAH data remain fragmented across systems and surveys. Without integration, decision-makers lack a full picture to track progress, target resources, or identify those most at risk. This not only weakens RMNCAH and nutrition programs but also limits other health efforts, since many diseases disproportionately affect pregnant women, newborns, and children. Bluesquare helps governments consolidate health, logistics, survey, geographic and other data sources into unified environments.

With better visibility, governments and key partners can act faster and direct resources where they are most needed.
Beyond data collection and integration, advanced analytics are essential for identifying at-risk populations and planning effective interventions. We apply predictive modeling and machine learning to forecast service demands, detect risk hotspots, and highlight underserved communities.

Our algorithms are designed for reuse, enabling partners to plug in updated datasets and apply them to new contexts. Combined with regular data quality checks, these tools provide governments with reliable, evidence-based insights to improve maternal health services, nutrition interventions, and family planning access.
By turning raw data into foresight, we help partners move from reactive to proactive, ensuring that services reach the people who need them most.
Nutrition and RMNCAH programs face unique challenges, especially in fragile contexts where data is scarce and resources are stretched. By combining digital innovation with strong partnerships, Bluesquare helps governments and organizations strengthen health systems, expand coverage, and improve outcomes for women, children, and adolescents; because when the health of these groups improves, the wellbeing of the whole society improves too.
Our work shows that when data becomes actionable, programs become more effective, scalable, and resilient, leading to healthier futures for communities around the world.
